Phoenix Cromford Exposed Sink Set 180mm – Matte Black
The Cromford Exposed Sink Set in Matte Black is the kitchen configuration that leans hardest into the collection’s farmhouse and heritage character, with separate hot and cold controls and visibly exposed bench-mounted pipework beneath the curved 180mm outlet.
Matte Black takes Cromford toward the industrial-farmhouse end of the collection. Against white apron-front sinks, pale stone, concrete-look surfaces and timber, the dark finish makes the exposed forms and mechanical detailing much more graphic. If the entire kitchen is built around a butler or apron-front sink, timber cabinetry and traditional detailing, this is the Cromford fitting that makes the strongest stylistic statement.

The exposed sink set is the one to choose when the tapware is meant to be part of the kitchen furniture rather than disappear into the benchtop. The separate controls, visible risers and curved spout make a clear reference to older utility and farmhouse tapware, but the current version uses Lead Free construction and quarter-turn ceramic disc internals.

Bench, Sink & Mounting Planning
This is not a conventional single-hole mixer. The hot and cold assemblies mount separately and the exposed pipework remains visible above the bench. Plan the mounting positions, 180mm spout reach and sink location together before the benchtop is drilled, particularly with stone tops or deep apron-front sinks.
