The Cromford Exposed Sink Set in Brushed Nickel is the kitchen configuration that leans hardest into the collection’s farmhouse and heritage character, with separate hot and cold controls and visibly exposed bench-mounted pipework beneath the curved 180mm outlet.
Brushed Nickel is probably the easiest Cromford finish to place in a modern farmhouse kitchen. Its softer silver tone sits naturally with timber cabinetry, stone benchtops, warm whites and fireclay or ceramic sinks. If the entire kitchen is built around a butler or apron-front sink, timber cabinetry and traditional detailing, this is the Cromford fitting that makes the strongest stylistic statement.

The exposed sink set is the one to choose when the tapware is meant to be part of the kitchen furniture rather than disappear into the benchtop. Bench, Sink & Mounting Planning
This is not a conventional single-hole mixer. The hot and cold assemblies mount separately and the exposed pipework remains visible above the bench. Plan the mounting positions, 180mm spout reach and sink location together before the benchtop is drilled, particularly with stone tops or deep apron-front sinks.

Why is the Cromford exposed sink set so different from a normal kitchen mixer?
