Description

Sarah Blue Grey hall runner for modern hallway spaces

The Sarah Blue Grey rubber backed hall runner is a practical cut-to-length runner for hallways, kitchens, laundries, entries and everyday walk-through areas. The blue grey pattern gives the floor a softer modern look, making it a good option when you want more interest than a plain runner without going too bold.

Made from polypropylene in a loop finish, it is designed for normal household traffic and easy day-to-day maintenance. The rubber backing helps the runner sit neatly on tiles, vinyl and floorboards, while the 67cm width keeps it useful for standard hallway and kitchen spaces.

Pattern feelA blue grey design that adds movement and colour while still keeping the room calm.
Hallway fitThe 67cm width works well through narrow halls, kitchen runs and entry paths.
Simple orderingOrder whole-metre lengths online, or contact us for custom cut lengths such as 2.75m, 6.25m or 7.5m.

Where it works best

  • Hallways and corridors - Adds a softer walkway through long narrow spaces without needing a wider rug.
  • Kitchens - Useful along bench runs, galley kitchens and island walkways where a 67cm runner fits neatly.
  • Laundries and side entries - A practical runner for hard floor areas that get regular foot traffic.
  • Neutral interiors - The blue grey pattern pairs well with white, grey, timber, stone-look and black finishes.
  • Custom hallway lengths - Order whole-metre lengths online or arrange a custom cut when the hallway is not a neat metre length.

Ordering and overlocking

This runner is sold online in whole-metre increments. For example, quantity 3 gives you one runner cut to 3 metres long x 67cm wide. Custom lengths such as 2.75m, 6.25m or 7.5m can be arranged manually by email or phone.

Because the runner is cut from a roll, overlocking is recommended if you want the two ends sewn and finished neatly. You can add this service here: overlocking both ends not exceeding 1 metre.

Overlocked runners are sent to our machinist on Thursdays and returned to us the following Thursday, ready for dispatch or pickup. Depending on when you place the order, allow around a week or so for the overlocking service to be completed. If you do not need overlocking, the runner can usually be dispatched sooner.

Frequently asked questions

What does the online quantity mean?

The price is based on 100cm long x 67cm wide. If you order quantity 4, the runner will be cut to 4 metres long x 67cm wide.

Can I order a custom length like 6.25m or 7.5m?

Yes. Whole-metre lengths can be ordered online, while custom lengths such as 2.75m, 6.25m or 7.5m need to be arranged manually using the contact details above.

Do I need to add overlocking?

Overlocking is optional. It is the better choice if you want both cut ends sewn for a neater finished edge.

Is this suitable for tiles, vinyl or floorboards?

Yes, the rubber backing makes it a practical option for many tiled, vinyl and floorboard areas. On delicate, polished or freshly coated floors, check suitability first to avoid marking or reaction with the floor finish.
