Matte Black SwitchMix Shower / Bath Diverter Mixer Complete Kit
The Phoenix Kusabi SwitchMix Shower / Bath Diverter Mixer combines water control and two-outlet selection within a complete concealed-wall mixer system. Supplied with both the Rough-In Kit and Kusabi Fit-Off Kit, it covers the installation from the in-wall plumbing stage through to the finished controls.
Matte Black gives the angular Kusabi backplate, lever and diverter a strong graphic presence, creating crisp contrast against white tile and pale stone while coordinating naturally with black shower fittings, bath outlets, accessories and hardware.
ROUGH-IN + FIT-OFF
Both Parts of the SwitchMix System Included
The Complete Kit combines the concealed SwitchMix Rough-In Kit with the visible Kusabi Matte Black Fit-Off Kit. The rough-in component is installed during the plumbing stage, with the finished controls fitted after the wall surface has been completed.
This makes it the straightforward choice for a new installation where both the concealed mixer body and visible Kusabi controls are required.
TWO-OUTLET CONTROL
Switch Between Two Water Outlets
The ceramic 180° rotary diverter directs water between two connected outlets, while the main mixer lever controls flow and temperature. A common arrangement is a shower outlet paired with a separate bath outlet, although the endpoint fittings can be selected to suit the individual bathroom layout.
Shower heads, shower outlets, bath spouts and other endpoint fittings are selected separately from the mixer kit.
MATTE BLACK
A Strong Architectural Finish on the Wall
Matte Black emphasises the shape of the Kusabi controls with a flat, defined finish that stands clearly against lighter wall surfaces. On white, beige or pale grey tile, the mixer becomes a deliberate graphic element rather than blending into the background.
It also integrates easily with darker stone, timber, charcoal finishes and other black tapware, giving the shower and bath zone a consistent hardware direction.
SWITCHMIX FLEXIBILITY
The Visible Fit-Off Can Be Updated Later
Phoenix SwitchMix separates the concealed mixer body from the exposed controls. Once the compatible rough-in system is installed, another compatible SwitchMix fit-off can later be fitted without replacing the concealed mixer body inside the wall.
That allows the visible design or finish to be refreshed later while keeping the compatible in-wall installation in place.
WALL PLANNING
Plan the Concealed Plumbing Before Finishing the Wall
The visible Kusabi fit-off measures approximately 183mm high, 62mm wide and 118mm deep. The concealed rough-in position, wall construction and plumbing to both outlets should be established before the finished wall surface is completed.
