How do I submit my custom wording?
Enter your wording in the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS field at checkout using this format: LINE 1 / LINE 2. Everything before the slash prints on the top line. Everything after prints on the bottom line. Maximum 10 characters per line, including spaces. If you're unsure about formatting or the character limit, call us on (03) 9428-0677 before placing your order and we’ll help you get it right.
Are all three mats the same?
Yes. This listing is for a 3 pack of identical mats. The same wording will be printed on all three. If you need multiple different designs, each unique design requires its own 3 pack order.
Is the text printed in lowercase or capitals?
CAPITAL LETTERS only. Lowercase and mixed-case designs aren’t available.
What if I need more than 3 mats?
If you require 4 or more mats, please call us on (03) 9428-0677 before placing your order. We can organise the correct quantity and ensure production is set up properly.
What counts as a character?
Letters, numbers, spaces, and basic punctuation all count. Spaces are included in the 10 character limit per line.
Can I use emojis, symbols, logos, or special fonts?
No. We print standard English letters and numbers only. Emojis, symbols, logos, and stylised fonts aren’t supported.
Can I use another language?
English only. This avoids production errors and formatting issues.
Can I include profanity or offensive wording?
No. We don’t print vulgar, explicit, hateful, threatening, or targeted content. If your grandma wouldn’t want to wipe her boots on it, we probably won’t print it.
Can I use TV show quotes, brand names, or trademarked phrases?
No. We can’t print copyrighted or trademarked material including TV show quotes, brand names, logos, or artist names unless you can confirm you hold the rights to use them.
What happens if my wording doesn’t meet the guidelines?
If your text exceeds the character limit or falls outside our formatting or content rules, we’ll contact you before production begins. Orders may be delayed until wording is confirmed.
Can Swan Street refuse a custom order?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel custom wording that does not meet our content guidelines or infringes on copyright or trademark protections.
How long does production take?
These are made to order. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for layout and production before dispatch.
Can I return a personalised mat?
Because these are made to order, change-of-mind returns aren’t usually possible once production starts. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us quickly on (03) 9428-0677 and we’ll help if it hasn’t gone to print yet.
