Installation notes
- Must be installed by a licensed electrician and protected by a suitably rated RCD.
- This is a 12V heated towel rail and must be wired to the supplied transformer (do not connect directly to mains power).
- Allow around 30 minutes to reach operating temperature and allow several hours for towels to dry depending on conditions.
- Install so the lowest heated rail is at least 600mm above the floor.
Cleaning and care
- Clean with mild soapy water and a microfibre cloth.
- In high polluted or coastal locations, clean 2 to 3 times per week.
- Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, cream cleaners and citrus-based cleaners, and wipe in one direction without undue pressure.
