Description
Hycraft Pebble Grid Kimberlite Wool Carpet
Kimberlite brings a warmer stone-neutral feel to the Hycraft Pebble Grid range by Godfrey Hirst. This Hycraft Pebble Grid Kimberlite wool carpet uses 100% wool yarn in a level loop construction, giving the room texture, order and a natural grounded finish.
This colour makes sense when you want something softer than a dark grey carpet but more substantial than the palest neutrals. Kimberlite sits comfortably with timber panelling, oak furniture, linen, stone, warm whites, brushed metal and relaxed interiors that lean earthy rather than stark.
Colour note: Kimberlite is a warm stone-inspired neutral. It is a good one to compare in person if you are choosing between pale greys, sandy naturals and deeper mineral tones.

Frequently asked questions
Is Kimberlite more warm or cool?
Kimberlite reads as a warm stone-neutral rather than a cold grey. It works well when the room has timber, linen, cream, taupe or earthy finishes.
When would Kimberlite make more sense than Fieldspace?
Choose Kimberlite if the room needs a warmer, more organic floor colour. Fieldspace is the better comparison when you want the carpet to sit cooler and more stone-grey.
Does Kimberlite suit timber-heavy rooms?
Yes. Kimberlite is one of the stronger Pebble Grid colours for timber panelling, oak furniture, walnut pieces and country-inspired rooms because it does not fight against warm materials.
Will the grid texture look too modern in a softer bedroom?
The texture is neat but not loud. In a bedroom with bedding, curtains and furniture, it gives the floor structure without making the room feel hard or overly commercial.
Is Kimberlite a good middle option in the Pebble Grid palette?
Yes. It is a useful middle ground if Calcite, Gypsum or Borax feel too pale, but Bauxite or Basalt feel too dark.
